About the Author of "How I Dominate the Search Engines"
I have to admit right from the start that I am a bit biased when it comes to reviewing Richard Kirkham's Book.
I have never met Richard in person. He first got my attention from his postings in the PDC forum. His inordinate patience in helping people in that forum and his teaching skills really impressed me.
It was Richard's suggestion that I publish the MyScribeWeb Forum and I am honoured that he has offered to be the moderator here.
So over the years I have come to know Richard to be a really helpful honest guy who produces very useful products.
"How I Dominate the Search Engines" is no exception. Written in easy to follow lay-mans terms, Richard tells it all.
I don't consider myself a newbie when it comes to SEO, my sites have been within the top 4 in Google consistently over the past few years.
Quite honestly when Richard asked me to review his new book on how he dominates the search engines I arrogantly thought there would be nothing in this book that I don't already know. Boy was I wrong!
Ok he starts of with
"Setting Up Your Web Page"Richard has a background in sales and public relations so he is well qualified in writing about what is needed to set up a good sales page.
How to use the Title and Description tags is well covered. As is the need for appropriate contact details etc.
I am nodding my head as I read through his instructions, thinking well done Rick, this is really useful information, well put, easy to understand. Suitable for all levels, even raw beginners could do this - the instructions are so detailed.
No aha! moments for me though - I'm well versed in all this stuff - and so I keep reading, well within my comfort zone.
Then horror of horrors Richard is advocating Bulk Submissions!I have included bulk submission programs in the MyScribeWeb membership area ONLY because people have requested it - I have never used bulk submissions myself. I have preached against using bulk submission processes.
I keep reading - aha - Aha - ahA -
AHA!!!!GOT IT RICK - Thank You - Thank You!
Now I'm excited, why haven't I thought of this before - now my mind is racing how can I implement this - the next paragraph in Ricks book gives me
all the information and resources.
All biases aside Rick has over delivered here as usual.
I have to give his book
"How I Dominate the Search Engines" my
highest recommendation.

very rarely recommend other peoples products.
